Mental Wellness and Me was established to address the growing demand for accessible online therapy across Ontario with services available anytime and anywhere. Our mission is to provide compassionate, personalized therapy that is thoughtfully tailored to meet your individual needs. We are dedicated to guiding you on your journey toward emotional well-being and improved mental health.
The logo represents our belief that mental well-being is nurtured through three essential pillars: Connection, Acceptance, and Growth.
Connection in mental health provides emotional support and strengthens resilience. Positive relationships create a sense of belonging, enhance self-esteem, and offer healthy ways to cope during difficult times.
Acceptance in mental health means embracing yourself, your thoughts, your emotions and your experiences without judgment. It fosters self-love, reduces inner conflict, and improves resilience by encouraging you to focus on what you can control.

More About Laura
I completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Toronto, specializing in Mental Health and Health. Throughout my career, I have provided individual therapy to children and youth in Outpatient Psychiatry at The Hospital for Sick Children. I have also gained valuable experience at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences. Additionally, I have over five years of experience in private practice, including more than two years dedicated to providing individual therapy to children, youth, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. I have completed multiple trainings in both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and I integrate these approaches to provide comprehensive support to my clients.
When I’m not working, I love being outdoors, playing sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Laura’s approach made all the difference. She listened with care, helped me unpack my struggles, and guided me toward practical solutions. I finally feel like I’m moving forward.
